Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snack Hunters LLC governing your access to and use of the Snack Hunters website at snackhunters.com. By accessing or using the Platform, submitting a brand listing, subscribing to our newsletter, or otherwise engaging with Snack Hunters, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

Snack Hunters is a consumer-facing discovery platform for emerging snack and candy brands providing a searchable directory of emerging brands, consumer discovery tools including search filtering voting and saving, a weekly newsletter, a brand submission portal, featured listing opportunities, and a monthly snack discovery subscription box.

Snack Hunters is a discovery and marketing platform only. We do not sell, ship, fulfill, or take responsibility for any products listed on the Platform. All purchases are made directly through the listed brand's own website.

Snack Hunters is exclusively dedicated to emerging independent founder-led snack brands. Eligible brands must be:

• Founded within approximately the last five years
• Independently owned and operated
• Founder-led with an authentic brand story
• Currently producing and selling snack or candy products
• Operating legally in compliance with all applicable food safety and labeling laws

Snack Hunters reserves the right to reject or remove any listing at its sole discretion. Products containing THC are not eligible for listing. CBD and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% THC are eligible. By submitting a brand listing you represent that all information submitted is accurate, you have legal authority to list the brand, your products comply with all applicable laws, and your claims are truthful and not deceptive.

• Free listings are available for eligible brands and may be modified or removed at any time.
• Featured listings are available for $99.00 USD per month on a recurring subscription basis.
• All fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
• Snack Hunters may modify pricing with thirty days written notice.
• You may cancel your featured listing subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

Brand listings may include tracked affiliate links. When a consumer clicks through and makes a qualifying purchase, Snack Hunters may earn a commission. Commission rates are agreed upon individually with each brand. Snack Hunters discloses affiliate relationships in accordance with FTC guidelines. Commission income does not influence editorial decisions or Editor's Pick selections beyond paid featured tiers.

All Snack Hunters platform content including the name, logo, taglines, design, and editorial content is owned by Snack Hunters LLC. By submitting content to the Platform you grant Snack Hunters a non-exclusive royalty-free worldwide perpetual license to use display reproduce and distribute that content in connection with operating and marketing the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to use all content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SNACK HUNTERS MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY BRAND INFORMATION OR PRODUCT CLAIMS. SNACK HUNTERS DOES NOT MANUFACTURE SELL SHIP OR FULFILL ANY PRODUCTS LISTED ON THE PLATFORM AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY SAFETY OR LEGALITY OF ANY PRODUCT. ALL PURCHASES ARE MADE DIRECTLY WITH THE BRAND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW SNACK HUNTERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT INCIDENTAL SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SNACK HUNTERS TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID TO SNACK HUNTERS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

CBD and hemp products are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose treat cure or prevent any disease. Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase CBD products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snack Hunters LLC and its officers directors employees and agents from any claims liabilities damages and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, any brand listing you submit, any products you sell in connection with your listing, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Snack Hunters collects email addresses from newsletter subscribers and brand submitters. This data is used to operate the Platform and send communications. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading brand information
• Infringe any intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable law
• Manipulate votes or rankings through artificial means
• Scrape or harvest Platform data without authorization
• Transmit spam or malware
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with Platform operation or security
• Submit brands that do not meet eligibility requirements

Snack Hunters reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, remove any brand listing, or cancel any subscription at any time for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination of a featured listing subscription your listing may be downgraded or removed at Snack Hunters discretion with no refund provided.

Snack Hunters reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time with notice provided by updating the effective date and where appropriate sending email notification. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County Florida.

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Snack Hunters. If any provision is found unenforceable the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
